|Experimental investigation of viscosity of ethylene glycol based S,N doped GQDs nanofluids|

|The viscosity represents one of the most important properties of the nanofluids. It is known that in engineering systems, a high viscosity can lead to faulty operation of these because the pumping power is proportional to the pressure drop, which is dependent to the fluid viscosity. In this study firstly we dispersed nanoparticles in a base fluid without adding surfactant. then the viscosity S,N doped GQDs-Ethylene glycol as the base nanofluid, was measured within the temperature range of 10–40 °C for samples with weight percentages of 0.09, 0.18, 0.36, 0.5, 0.7 and 0.9%. to our measurements, viscosity of nanofluids decreased with increasing temperature and increased weight percentage.
